We grow together, work together and finally are a perfect couple together.

That’s the zest of being soul mates. We are here today with the story of a multitalented Entrepreneur, a Filmmaker, an Author, a power Life Coach, a Motivational Guru  and also a person who did social work all her life. She is also the Head of KSLC Group  & PPI Group.

She is Mrs.Pallavi Prakash, born in a family of doctors, both her parents were renowned doctors, They are basically from Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Her father-Dr.R.N Sinha  retired as Head of Department Medicine at JLNMCH medical college & hospital in Bhagalpur and mother- Late Dr Vijaya Sinha retired as Civil Surgeon. Pallavi is blessed with 3 more sisters.

From early childhood they were inspired to be closer to humanity and also excel in academics. These values remained in Pallavi’s mind and this is what is with her still now.

Her mother was the strongest force of instilling great ethics, moral & discipline in Pallavi’s life.

A loving soul whose recent demise has created  a vacuum in Pallavi’s life. Her siblings are all well settled and in different parts of India and Abroad.

She did her early schooling from Mount.Carmel School,Bhagalpur.She is  bachelors of engineering from University of British Columbia, Canada. Later she moved on to do her MBA in HR.

Pallavi once while surfing on a matrimonial portal suddenly came across a person who shared same values like hers ,he was the multitasker Prem,born in a  family of very sweet and renowned parents. Prem’s father- Shri B. K Labh was a renowned banker & retired as Manager UCO Bank. His mother- Smt. Mira Labh was a homemaker who instilled good values in her children. Prem is blessed with one younger sister & a brother.

Prem was always a studious & focused guy and he always wanted to do something different. He was a born leader & wanted to experiment new goals in life. 

He also had a knack for writing & social work. As a child, he was a regular writer for short stories & poems for reputed hindi  magazines like ‘Nandan’ etc. Later in life he wrote technical books like ‘SAP BOM & Around Principles’ etc.

As both shared common interests both became good friends soon,and suddenly when everything clicked well, they both decided to get married, they also met a couple of days before taking the final decisions together.

There was some invisible bond between them from the first day they interacted. It seemed like they were born to be together naturally. Love blossomed & they decided to take the plunge.

Both decided to inform their families ,Pallavi’s parents were always very open to such relations as they believed- it’s our connection which is important.

They readily agreed to the relation.

On the other hand, Prem’s Family were little reluctant to the relation but when they met her, they readily agreed too as she was as they expected how their daughter in law should be.

Pallavi felt Prem was so committed to her that she didn’t have to worry for anything else.

She was so happy with him; finally the marriage was fixed for 20th January 2005.

After marriage Pallavi says that life didn’t change much as both were very supportive and started working for their life goals too.

Prem has been professionally placed at very high positions in many renowned MNC ‘s in India ,he is a M.Tech in Computer Engineering ,a person with pure technical background. Currently he is Head of Department & Deputy General Manager- IT  in a renowned MNC in Delhi. Prem has also been awarded with the ‘Best Employee Award’, ‘Leadership Excellence Award’ etc  from most reputed companies.

Early in her career Pallavi was working as ‘Software Engineer’ for reputed MNC’s in Gurugram. Along with this she was a regular columnist of TOI, HT etc and this gradually shifted her career to a more creative field of art , culture & corporate training, she turned into a prolific writer and published 3 books which are running successfully on major platforms too.  

She took the dive into Entrepreneurship & then the stepping stone of two of her major companies was laid. Her first company KSLC has been instrumental in training professionals in corporate, leadership & motivational skills PAN India since last 12 years.

 

Wanted to explore more, She also produced her first TV show named  ‘Pranam Bharat’ which was a cultural travel show & was aired on ETV. Since then PPI has been making lot of TV shows & films. Her company PPI has also recently released a feature film based on noble theme of ‘Woman Empowerment’.

Pallavi has been conferred with several awards & recognition for her endeavors. Few of them are- ‘Dr Sarojini Naidu National Award’, ‘ Inspiring Woman Achievers Award’, ‘Bihar Gaurav Samaan’, ‘ Media Excellence Award’, ‘Medha  Samaan’, ‘Cinema Excellence Award’ and many more  She also actively supports all social causes for improvisation of society.

 

The couple also has 2 beautiful kids- Prisha Prakash and Shubh Prakash.

Pallavi  laughs and says that still remembers her honeymoon as one of her best moments in life and also when couple of months back,Prem Drew mehandi on her hands.

The couple also believe they love each other a lot from professional point too as they believe they had the best time together when shared their first professional success together.

Her message to all couples is that they should focus on both career and life and make a perfect balance between the two.

Personal egos should be set aside and she being a motivational speaker too advices that caste,creed and inter-religion clashes in India are as cancer and they are breaking us from inside.

We As parents should also give time to our children and try to understand what they feel and want in life,try to make them understand properly and be more supportive to them.

Pallavi and Prem are both an example to lot of couples that we should learn how to make a power couple ourselves and let India grow thereby .
